Meatballs made from Irish beef, marinated to a Tuscan recipe and topped with chili sauce.

Bistecca di Manzo
100% Irish Charcoal grilled 10oz Sirloin Steak, served with a choice of garlic and herb butter, green peppercorn sauce or mushroom sauce.
Pollo alla Florentina
Grilled breast of chicken cooked in a fresh mushroom and creamy white wine sauce.
Penne Entrecote
Penne pasta with strips of Irish fillet of beef pan fried with onions, garlic, olive oil and tossed in a plumed tomato sauce.
Tagliatelle Alla Toscana
Slices of chicken fillet in fresh cream cooked with garlic, fresh coriander, white wine and parmesan cheese.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Chicken strips served over crispy romaine leaves, croutons, parmesan shavings.
