Not authentic Italian but we know the Irish love them, here's our version hot and spicy.
POLPETTE DI PESCE    
Fish cakes stuffed with cod, potato and fresh herbs rolled with a crisp bread crumb.

Juniper scented chicken liver pate crostini, poached cherry tomato & salami crisp
